Overview
This is a long walk jumping from a century to another one. Our first step is to see where Rome is born and developed and to underline the importance of its river, “father Tevere”. We will cross famous squares, hidden corners, small churches to discover the golden ages of Renaissance and Baroque with some masterpieces made in Michelangelo, Raffaello, Bernini , Borromini, Caravaggio and many others. San Pietro square and its colonnade will embrace us before enter the huge San Pietro Basilica . After a refreshing break our aim is to reach Piazza di Spagna with a stroll that touches Piazza Navona , Piazza del Pantheon, Piazza Colonna and Trevi fountain. Our walk stops just in front of the church in Trinità dei Monti with a beautiful view . More info
